ITEC Level 2 Barbering Certificate

Admission Requirements: This certificate is designed for beginners with no prior experience, as well as hairdressing professionals seeking a level 2 qualification in barbering.

The major goal of the ITEC Level 2 Certificate in Barbering is to enable you to work as a junior barber in the men’s hairdressing industry. All the units in this certification are directly related to the role of a junior barber.

Course Outline:
With each lesson, you will receive immediate feedback and help from our tutor. We also employ tutor demos to allow you to see the Barber and ask questions throughout the session. You then concentrate on refining and finishing procedures. Throughout your course, you will be examined on your haircuts to ensure that they meet the requirements required for your Level 2 certificate. You will feel confident after completing a range of haircuts by the conclusion of the course. We are here to assist you not only acquire the skills but also thrive in work.

• Texturizing
• Clipper over comb
• Blending
• Fading techniques

Assessment
The exams include a practical and four multiple choice papers.
Students will be required to prepare a portfolio throughout the course.
